Travel and Shop Experience is an Italian online shop of Italian food products promoting at the same time the travel to Italy based on the proposed products. The travel component is suggested and operated by Italy Creative Tour Operator www.italycreative.it specialized in the incoming tourism in Italy.


www.travelandshhopexperience.it an electronic store owned by Italy Creative, created for the purpose of selling Italian products on Internet.


Should you access www.travelandshhopexperience.it the General Conditions and Terms apply to all users of, and visitors to our website.

We operate this site for the purpose of promoting and selling the products and services described on our website. By using this website, you signify your acceptance and willingness to comply with these General Conditions and Terms in return for which we will provide you with access.

If you do not agree to these General Conditions and Terms, you must not use our website.

Theses general terms of sale are in compliance with the provisions of the Italian Civil Code, Italian Legislative Decree no. 70 of 08.04.2014 concerning information society services and electronic commerce, and Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06.09.2005 (the so-called Consumer Code) and, in particular, Chapter I of Title III of Part III (Art. 45 to 67), which govern the supply and sale of products through the www.travelandshhopexperience.it website. 

The products offered are sold by Italy Creative with its registered office and the owner of the website.

The Products purchased on www.travelandshopexperience.it will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase procedure. www.travelandshopexperience.it is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or not attributable to it.

We will ship via UPS all over the world. 

All purchases will be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Delivery time:

  • within Italian borders: day of delivery + 2 working days 

  • to European Union Countries: day of delivery + 3 working days (compatibly to completion of custom operations)

  • to the rest of the World: day of delivery + 8/9 working days (compatibly to completion of custom operations) 

Given the perishable nature of some products, it is very important that the address given is a place where someone will receive the package during the delivery hours, tipically from 9AM to 6PM.

It could be useful to give a mobile number to be called by the courier and arrange the delivery.

In any case, the delivery process requires that, in the event that the recipient is absent when the courier arrives, the courier leaves a card with contact details to organize a second delivery, in order to successfully complete the delivery. 

Please note that the delivery time can be influenced by various external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs control, etc.


DELIVERY COST

Delivery is offered free of charge.

All prices are VAT and shipping costs included.  The shipment is managed within 5 working days plus the delivery time as indicated in the section Countries of delivery and Delivery time (i.e.: 5 working days from the order’s date for preparation + 3 working days for the delivery in listed Countries = 8 working days). 


DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Boxes are amply sized and all items inside the package are well-protected. The delivery package has to be intact and well preserved.

Since special care is taken to protect the content and the package, please check the package carefully when you receive it. If the packaging is dented, wet or shows any other defect (e.g. a parcel is fastened with the carrier's tape, damaged packaging), you should not accept the goods and you should complain to the carrier directly about the problem and send an email to: welcome@travelandshopexperience.it

Once you sign the transportation form without notifying the delivery company for any damage or problem in relation to the package received, you have no more the right to ask for any refund in relation to the package received. Please note that once the package is delivered and accepted any potential insurance coverage automatically decays.


COVID-19 DELIVERY 

During the pandemic Covid-19 emergency there are some national restrictions with decrees or laws that inevitably affect food delivery, so in this time the delivery times may be delayed compared to standard times. In the countries where there are restrictions on postal codes in which case the parcel will remain in stock at the courier and you will receive an email notification.

We apologize for the inconvenience.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

The visual representation of the products on www.travelandshopexperience.it  has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be fully representative of its features and quality and may differ in color and size. In case of difference between the image and the product description, the description of the product always prevails. www.travelandshhopexperience.it is not responsible for any change in the packaging of the products.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service offered on this site is void where prohibited.

The purchasing of products on www.travelandshopexperience.it is reserved exclusively to natural persons acting as consumers and who are older than eighteen years of age. Purchases made through www.travelandshopexperience.it imply the full awareness and acceptance, without reservations. 


PRICES

All the selling prices of the Products on www.travelandshopexperience.it are expressed in Euro. Unless otherwise indicated, product prices include Italian VAT and all other taxes.

For shipment outside Italy, any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, local VAT and/or other ancillary charges, according to your country laws and rules, are the responsibility of the recipient

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.


METHOD OF PAYMENT AND INVOICING

We accept all majors credit and debit cards payment as well as by PayPal.

www.travelandshopexperience.it does not memorize or store the number of the customer’s credit card. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately after your order is placed. 

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

The minimum order is of at least of 1(one) of our BOX Experience or 1(one) Gift Card. You will not be allowed to proceed to checkout if your order value is below this.


GIFT CARD

If you purchase a Gift Card you are requested to specify the beneficiary data and let us have the address (providing that it is within the list of the Countries of delivery) where to send the BOX Experience you have chosen and to give us the permission to contact the beneficiary by email. You will receive a notification when the BOX Experience gift has been delivered.

PACKAGING

We were looking for a perfect fit combined with intelligent packaging solutions for less damage in transport. For the packaging of the products contained in our BOX Experience we have selected a supplier with a long experience in the packaging sector who continuously invest in the improvement of their products and that are always careful about the quality and resistance of their packaging. By making our choice we also took into account the high quality, the technology used for the production of the packaging, the environmental impact, and the well-being of the staff. We are confident that our effort to offer the best internal and external packaging aimed to protect the content inside and let you receive our BOX Experience safely and intact, is a further incentive for you to purchase our BOX Experience.

RETURNS

We have done everything possible to create boxes that, in addition to celebrate Italian food, represent its excellence and enhance the authentic Italian flavors. The food experience is completed by pairing it with a travel itinerary, which you can do later, which underlines its value. Our BOX Experiences are part of that group of products that they are not eligible for a return because they are perishable goods. 


REFUNDS

In the case your BOX Experience arrived damaged due to the transport you must contact us immediately at welcome@travelandshopexperience.it and provide to us a clear proof of damage or defect, sending to us a pic or a movie. Please note that we have also a receipt confirmation from UPS which also has a policy regarding damage during the transport.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and within 35 days from the approval and you’ll get a Credit Coupon for the same amount less the 10% as managing costs. You can spend the Credit Coupon by purchasing another or the same of our boxes. In some case we may decide to give back the credit through your credit card or original method of payment.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
